Authorize the NH State Library to accept donations of $1,500 and $2,500 from the Cogswell Benevolent Trust and The Byrne Foundation respectively. Effective upon G&C approval. (2)Further authorize to budget and expend $8,177 comprised of the above donations of $4,000 and prior year carry forward funds in the amount of $4,177 for the purpose of payment to NH public libraries for specific programming to support the NH Summer Reading Program (Kids Books and the Arts, or Summer Learning). Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Other Funds (Donations).
