Authorize to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 4/23/25, Item #56) by extending the current end date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 to accept and expend $8,161,285 of Federal Funds from the United States Department of Energy, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Weatherization Assistance Program. (2) Further authorize to amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 11/18/22, Item #62) by extending the current end date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 for the purpose of continuing the temporary full-time Miscellaneous Business Operations Specialist-6 Program Specialist. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on September 5, 2025.
