Authorize to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 4/18/25, Item #55) by extending the current end date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 to accept and expend $831,100 from the United States Department of Energy’s Office of State and Community Energy Programs as a result of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, for the Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund Capitalization Grant Program. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on September 5, 2025.
