Authorize to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 5/21/25, Item #46) by extending the current end date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 to accept and expend $34,598,819 of Federal Funds from the United States Department of Energy, Inflation Reduction Act, Home Efficiency Rebates Program, to provide rebates to households that have taken energy efficiency measures. (2) Further authorize to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 11/8/23, Item #75) by extending the current end date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 to accept and expend $158,072 of Federal Funds from the United States Department of Energy, Inflation Reduction Act, Home Efficiency Rebates Program, to provide rebates to households that have taken energy efficiency measures. (3) Further authorize to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 11/13/24, Item #40) by extending the current end date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 to accept and expend $8,403,395 of Federal Funds from the United States Department of Energy, Inflation Reduction Act, Home Efficiency Rebates Program, to provide rebates to households that have taken energy efficiency measures. (4) Further authorize to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 11/8/23, Item #75) by extending the current end date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 for the purpose of continuing two temporary full-time Miscellaneous Business Operations Specialists-4 Program Managers. (5) Further authorize to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 11/13/24, Item #40) by extending the current end date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 for the purpose of continuing a temporary full-time Accountants and Auditors-4 Accountant. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on September 5, 2025.
