Description

Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Triumvirate Environmental Inc., Somerville, MA (originally approved by G&C on March 9, 2016, item #23), to continue providing hazardous pharmaceutical waste disposal services for NH Hospital, by exercising a renewal option by increasing the price by $30,090 from $119,151 to $149,241 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021. 15.97% Federal, 34% General, 50.03% Other Funds (Provider Fees and Intra-Agency Transfers).
