Authorize, on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, to retroactively amend an existing memorandum of understanding with the NH State Liquor Commission, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #24), for the provision of surveillance and related activities of youth access to and use of tobacco and alcohol products, by increasing the price by $100,000 from $210,000 to $310,000. Effective July 1, 2020 through the original completion date of June 30, 2021. 47.62% Federal, 52.38% Other Funds (Drug Forfeiture Funds and Governor Commission Funds).
