Authorize to retroactively amend an existing sole source contract with the vendor listed in bold (Manchester School District) as detailed in letter dated June 26, 2020, for the continuation of the Student Assistance Program services at the middle and high schools levels, by increasing the total price by $100,000 from $4,117,928 to $4,217,928, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds. (2)Further authorize to retroactively amend an existing sole source contract with the vendor listed in in bold (Newport School District) as detailed in letter dated June 26, 2020, for the provision of drug and alcohol misuse prevention through the Student Assistance Program at the middle and high school levels, by increasing the total price by $120,000 from $1,310,000 to $1,430,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2022. 97% Federal, 3% General Funds.
