Description

Authorize to enter into a retroactive contract with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH, to develop infrastructure and provide program support to a growing number of Recovery Centers statewide, in the amount of $4,550,000. Effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 14.95% General, 56.05% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs).
