Authorize to retroactively amend an existing contract with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4-19-17, item #14A), to continue providing Mobile Crisis Services and Supports to Region VI, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price by $504,537 from $4,390,839 to $4,895,376, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to October 31, 2020. 100% General Funds.
