Authorize to enter into retroactive contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated June 26, 2020, to assist pregnant and parenting women and other families with children up to the age of 21 years by promoting family wellness, decreasing family stressors and preventing child abuse, neglect and juvenile justice involvement, and by providing education and support, in an amount not to exceed $13,656,620. Effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2024, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional years. 88.79% Federal, 11.21% General Funds.
