Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing lease agreement with NH #1 Rural Cellular Inc., Chicago, IL (originally approved by G&C on 11-18-15, item #38), for equipment and antenna space in designated areas on Mount Sunapee in Mount Sunapee State Park, by exercising a lease renewal option from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025, with the option to extend for two additional five year periods. (2)Further authorize to accept annual rental payment revenue.
