Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation to enter into a sole source contract with the Sky’s the Limit Communications LLC, Hershey, PA, to provide Pre-Employment Transition services to students who are blind and vision-impaired, in an amount not to exceed $1,070,822.52. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
