Authorize to retroactively amend an existing Memorandum of Understanding with the New Hampshire Judicial Branch, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4/20/22, Item #64), by reducing the price limitation by $340,031 from $3,922,994 to $3,582,963 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to September 30, 2026, for the Judicial Branch to continue to improve the processing of Involuntary Emergency Admissions and non-emergency Involuntary Admissions cases. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
