Authorize the Division of State Police to reallocate federal funds in the amount of $171,624 from the US Department of Justice for the purpose of developing a more comprehensive multi-jurisdictional Sex Offender Unit within the Division of State Police. (2)Further authorize to establish class 046 consultant positions for the purpose of developing a program that will connect directly to the Sex Offender Registry and provide a more efficient and aggressive SOR to the State. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on July 10, 2020.
