Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Carroll to purchase and install equipment to support and enhance the community’s newly constructed Emergency Operations Center, for a total amount of $120,500. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
