Description
Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a contract with National Medical Services Inc., d/b/a NMS Laboratories – New England Toxicology Services, Willow Grove, PA, for the provision of DWI investigation services for the State Police Forensic Laboratory, in an amount not to exceed $10,500. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023 with an option to extend for one two-year period. 49% General, 28.3% Turnpike, 22.7% Highway Funds.
