Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to enter into a sublease with Public Services Company of NH d/b/a Eversource Energy, Manchester, NH, for the purpose of subleasing antenna and ground space on a portion of property the State currently leases on Mitchell Hill (originally approved by G&C on 12-4-02, item #94). Effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2022, with the option to renew for one additional five-year term.
