Authorize to enter into sole source contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated May 21, 2020, in a shared price limitation, in an amount not to exceed $50,000 for the provision of a multidisciplinary team to assess and evaluate whether or not individuals convicted of a sexually violent offense, who are eligible for release from total confinement, meet the definition of sexual violent predators. (2)Further authorize to provide each of the vendors with a one-time advanced payment in an amount not to exceed $500 for the provision of a retainer fee for the multidisciplinary team. Effective July 1, 2020 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2022. 100% General Funds.
