Authorize to amend an existing contract with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9-7-16, item #6A), to provide additional physician, clinical and administrative services to meet the specialized health and related clinical and administrative needs of residents of the State of NH, by increasing the price by $690,600 from $79,904,111 to $80,594,711. Effective upon G&C approval through the original completion date of June 30, 2022. 34% General, 66% Other (Medicare, Medicaid & third party insurance) Funds.
