Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Youth Village Inc., Memphis, TN, for the provision of the LifeSet Program to provide supportive services and life skills education for older youth transitioning out of State foster care and into adulthood, in the amount of $2,219,690. Effective July 1, 2020, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2023, with the option to renew for up to 3 additional years. 6.76% Federal, 93.24% General Funds.
