Authorize to enter into a contract with Foundations Counseling LLC, Manchester, NH, for the provision of master licensed alcohol and drug counseling services, in the amount of $4,800,000. (2)Further authorize an advance payment in an amount not to exceed $107,133 for the provision of start-up costs for the purchase of equipment, software, and 6 weeks wages for the MLADC’s. Effective July 1, 2020 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2024, with the option to renew for 2 additional years. 51.45% Federal, 31.88% General, 16.67% Other Funds.
