Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Tri-County Community Action Program Inc., Berlin, NH, for the provision of Permanent Housing and Supportive Services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness through the Federal Continuum of Care Program, in the amount of $127,022. Effective July 1, 2020 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2021, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
