Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, Dover, NH, for the provision of a Coordinated Entry Domestic Violence Program to individuals, youth, and families who are fleeing, or are attempting to flee, domestic violence, and who are at risk of homelessness or experiencing homelessness, through the Federal Continuum of Care Program, in the amount of $239,930. Effective July 1, 2020 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2021, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
