Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Foundation for Health Communities, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-13-16, item #6B), for the expansion of the State’s capacity to provide Substance Use Disorder Treatment including the use of medications to NH residents experiencing addiction, by increasing the price by $1,056,000 from $3,412,000 to $4,468,000, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission Funds).
