Authorize, on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs to amend existing contracts, some of which are not sole source as indicated in italics, with the vendors in bold as detailed in letter dated June 10, 2020, for the continuation of Student assistance Program services at the middle and high school levels, by increasing the total price by $1,258,907 from $2,859,021 to $4,117,928 and by extending the completion dates from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
