Authorize to enter into a memorandum of understanding with NH Department of Corrections and the NH Judicial Branch, in the amount of $950,000 to assist individuals with Substance Use Disorder who are either re-entering the community after incarceration in the state correctional system or who are participating in the NH drug court program with obtaining temporary housing. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional years. 100% Other Funds (Governor Commission Funds).
