Authorize to amend an existing sole source agreement with JSI Research & Training Institute d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10-17-18, item #6), to provide assistance and support to the NH Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drug (Commission), and Partnership for Success programs; provide public information relative to alcohol and other drugs, including opioids; and to provide reporting and evaluation relative to HB1626 by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price by $925,000 from $5,382,576 to $6,307,576 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021. 32.43% Federal, 67.57% Other (Governor Commission) Funds.
