Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Social Solutions Global Inc., Austin, TX (originally approved by G&C on 6-29-16, item #37), to continue providing service and maintenance to the Home Visiting Data System, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price by $219,780.34 from $432,550.60 to $652,330.94 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2022. 50% Federal, 50% Other Funds (Governor Commission Funds).
