Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley Inc., Bow, NH, for superstructure replacement and widening of I-89 NB and SB over the Connecticut River (Br. No. 044/103 and 044/104), on the basis of a low bid of $43,755,824.10. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $2,187,791.21 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 26, 2025. 93% Federal, 7% Other Funds (SB367).
