Authorize the retroactive request of the Division of Personnel for a waiver of reclassification decisions, as detailed in the letter dated February 6, 2026. The agency has certified that sufficient funds are available to support the position reclassification. Effective retroactively to January 23, 2026, upon G&C approval.
