Description
Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Environmental Services, to amend a sole source contract with Windsor Solutions Inc., Portland, OR (originally approved by G&C on 6-18-14, item #15), for the purpose of providing professional services to integrate NHDES electronic forms into the Automated Forms Submittal software solution, by increasing the amount not to exceed $750,000 from $2,127,970 to $2,877,970. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Capital (General) Funds.
