Description
Authorize a resolution permitting the State Treasurer to proceed with the sale and issuance of up to $5 million of general obligation bonds through a private placement with the NH Municipal Bond Bank (NHMBB) should the NHMBB choose to proceed with a new money issue and/or a refunding issue. This resolution will have an expiration date of September 30, 2020.
