Authorize to exercise a renewal option and amend the agreement with I.C. System Inc., St. Paul, MN (originally approved by G&C on 6-20-18, item #73), to perform work with the DRA Division of Collections to collect delinquent debt by amending the fee schedule and extending the completion date retroactively from June 20, 2020 to June 30, 2021. No Funding is involved.
