Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Blue Horseshoe Solutions Inc., Carmel, IN, for professional implementation services to complete the development and deployment of the NHLC’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Resource Planning solutions, and for post-implementation support and maintenance services in an amount not to exceed $12,842,239. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2033, with the option to extend support and maintenance for two additional terms of up to two years each. 100% Liquor Funds.
