Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source contract amendment to a contract with Brown and Caldwell Inc., Andover, MA (originally approved by G&C on 10-26-16, item #72), for as-needed engineering services for the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program, by increasing the amount by $500,000 from $300,000 to $800,000 and by extending the completion date to June 30, 2023 from June 30, 2020. 100% WRBP Funds.
