Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Center for Applied Special Technology, Wakefield, MA, to provide services under the NH Universal Design for Learning Network Building State and Local Capacity to Improve Results, in an amount not to exceed $2,108,546. Effective July 1, 2020 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2022, with the option to renew for two additional fiscal years. 100% Federal Funds.
