Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing statewide mechanical consultant agreement with Dubois and King Inc., Randolph, VT (originally approved by G&C on 7-10-19, item #75), by increasing the amount by $200,000 from $300,000 to $500,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022.
