Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH, for the collection and abstraction of clinical and non-clinical data in order to prevent future maternal deaths and address maternal morbidities, in the amount of $136,556. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
