Authorize to enter into sole source contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated May 18, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $1,010,377 to provide funding for residential treatment facilities to provide onsite education to abused, neglected or children involved with juvenile justice, who have a higher level of special education needs and are unable to be educated in a public school setting. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2021, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Other Funds.
