Description
Authorize the Division of Health Professions – Prescription Drug Monitoring Program to accept and expend an additional $956,640 for the enhancement of the PDMP Program. Effective retroactive to April 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. (2)Further authorize to establish three full-time temporary positions using the Opioid Overdose Crisis Cooperative Agreement Supplement funds. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Transfer Funds (Transfer from CDC/HRSA Federal Funds). Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 12, 2020.
