Authorize to execute a sole source amendment to the contract with Advanced Radon Mitigation Inc., Hooksett, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-29-16, item #97), for providing treatment systems for residential and community drinking water supplies, by increasing the amount by $452,500 from $1,360,000 to $1,812,500 and by extending the expiration date to June 30, 2021 from June 30, 2020. 4% Oil Pollution Control, 21% Oil Discharge, 29% Hazardous Waste, 13% MtBE Settlement, 33% Drinking Water/Groundwater Trust Funds.
