Authorize to budget and expend prior year carry forward funds in the amount of $450,000 in order to provide for transportation and disposal of the biosolids generated by Winnipesaukee River Basin Program Franklin wastewater treatment plant. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% WRBP Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 12, 2020.
