Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation to enter into a sole source contract with Future In Sight, Concord, NH, to provide technology workshops and retreats for older blind individuals so they can maintain community independence and utilize technology as a component of their independence, in an amount not to exceed $268,514. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
