Description

Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend High Hazard Potential Dams (HHPD) grant program funds in the amount of $6,510,995 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the FFY 2024 HHPD Award. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on September 5, 2025.
