Authorize the Division of Procurement and Support Services, Surplus Distribution Section to accept and expend federal Food Purchase Distribution Program Funds (previously titled Trade Mitigation Funds), in the amount of $101,000 from US Department of Agriculture which will be used to reimburse the Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH, for administrative expenses in relation to the federal Food Purchase Distribution program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 12, 2020.
