Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Bi-State Primary Care Association Inc., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-11-18, item #11), for the recruitment of primary care healthcare, dental and behavioral health professionals to medically underserved areas of NH, by increasing the price by $554,000 from $654,000 to $1,208,000, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2022. 25% Federal, 75% General Funds.
