Description

Authorize to amend an existing sole source agreement with JPMA Inc., Wheat Ridge, CO (originally approved by G&C on 7-11-18, item #10), for the mobile application that assist Women, Infants and Children participants in utilizing WIC benefits, by increasing the price by $52,800 from $61,200 to $114,000, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2022. (2)Further authorize advance payment in the amount of $26,400. 100% Federal Funds.
