Description

Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Jeff Murray’s Programming Shop Inc., New Orleans, LA (originally approved by G&C on 4-9-14, item #45), for support and maintenance on the NH Ryan White Programs CareWare system, by increasing the price by $72,000 from $77,280 to $149,280, adding four years to the contract, and extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2024. 100% Other Funds (Pharmaceutical Rebates).
