Authorize to enter into a contract with Lamprey Health Care Inc., Newmarket, NH, for implementation of evidence-based interventions focused on improving breast and cervical cancer screening rates, in the amount of $90,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
