Authorize to amend an existing sole source agreement with Abacus Services Corporation, Southfield, MI (originally approved by G&C on 6-24-15, item #53), to continue providing operations, maintenance and development services for the NH Web-based Interactive System for Direction and Outcome Measures, by increasing the price by $132,000 from $1,037,944 to $1,169,944 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021. 33% Federal, 67% Other Funds.
